Ingredients1lb of ground beef (per 2 stuffed peppers)2 peppers (I prefer red)1 1/2 cups uncooked rice (ANY kind, flavored or not)tomato sauce (SAUCE, not spaghetti sauce... its always near the crushed canned tomatoes)
Optional Ingredients:OnionGarlic
Step 1Cut the top and center out of the peppers.
Step 2Combine ground beef, uncooked rice, 1/2 a jar of tomato sauce and your optional ingredients into a bowl.

Step 4Place the stuffed peppers into the crock pot and pour the remaining tomato sauce onto the peppers. If you happen to have some remaining ground beef combination you can throw that into the crock pot as well.
