It's been a busy week and a half. I've been meaning to update but haven't found the time. At the end of the day all I want to do is sit down and do nothing.

I find myself with mixed emotions for the past several days. Just look at what someone learned to do. This happened on Thanksgiving.

He is crawling everywhere. His favorite hoppy is crawling after the cats, that water bottle you see in the video and towards electrical cords. Don't ask me why but he is obsessed with cords. We try to hide them as best we can. He's been in every room of the house upstairs except our bedroom. He loves being able to move around. Yesterday he crawled to his toy basket and proceeded to take out almost every toy and play with it. He did it again this morning. Making a mess and he's not even 9 months old.

We also took the infant car seat out of the car and installed the convertible carseat. I think he is getting really close to being to long for it and the damn thing was getting really heavy. I can not believe it's time for this already. The issue we were running into was that we weren't able to get him to fit in his carseat with his winter coat on. It's starting to get cold here in Minnesota and he'll be needing it soon. Plus like I said... I think he's close to being too long for it. I have no idea how long he is.... we'll find out next week at his 9 MONTH check up. The length limit is 30 inches.

Isaac is growing up fast. Apparently the hubby and I completely missed the fact that all of Isaac's clothing was way too small. Don't ask me why we didn't figure this out on our own. My mom came to visit for the weekend and pointed it out to us. He still fits in some 6-9 month clothing but what fits him best is 12 month clothing! 12 MONTH CLOTHING! What!?

I am enjoying these new stages but man he is growing up fast. I'm trying to ignore the fact that he'll be 9 months old soon. It's crazy to think about.
